refwerwgfgfwer Question Intrusion 03: Is there another way to look at this situation? How would someone else see me? There is another way to look at this situation, the only way to fight them off is to write them down, try not to feel embarrassed/guilty, because you shall know what? thoughts are just fake imageries that are made by your mind! and the only way to erase them is to talk to a doctor and your helper or write them in a journal or in a note, or other. someone else may see it as appalling and disgusting and horrifying, but I am worried that they will blame me for my thoughts, or something the case can be that I will get blamed for thoughts like this people ask, why would you think of these. I wasn't willing to think all these crap, but my brain forces to do so. this is why I felt like writing all these down. 04: This doesn't matter in 5 years because in 5 years, those thoughts are to be lost and gone forever, it is auld lang syne, so you don't need to worry those crap any more!

regefwe Thought Questioning and Intrusions, What hard evidence do I have for my anxiety or fears? My hard evidence is that those thoughts are haunting and obsessive, I often think of thoughts like girl imageries, and their soiling clothes, bad smell, they often make me feel guilty and embarrassed when I show it up because I am afraid that those thoughts, if anyone knows, they will think I'm a madman. that is why!
